This is frustrating if you play a dot build or even using some other abilities not knowing when to reapply them. This should have been a basic feature added along with SCT. I am not sure why we dont have one but its hard to maximize your character and play it to its best capability without these. So Zos can we please get this and you can just add a toggle on/off for people who choose not to want to use it.
