Group Finder Estimated Time is broken

It appears like the estimated time for dungeon group finder just randomly picks times (set times it seems) to show.
This is what mine looked like every few mins (after over an hour await)
I think what would make it better is just show your place in the queue. Like "Your are 89th in queue". Then you can at least see the number go down to show progress. It does this when you try to get into a full campaign in Cyrodiil.

✭✭✭✭✭It also needs to show which roles are in dire need, like a percentage of how many are queued as Tanks, Healers, and DPS. Also there's a finite amount of dungeon instances that can be active at one time, this game uses a lot of them for small stuff too.0 -

✭✭✭✭✭I don't think it's broken based on ZOS responses.
It seems like the broken part is the tools not grouping groups. We've come full circle back to the issue that ZOS crated prior to merging all levels into a scaled dungeon
It's not that the amounts fool available per Roll and type which creates the estimation. It's that the tool continues to fail to group those ppl in queue-PC (PTS)/Xbox One: NewBlacksmurf
