i have problem : Error 308 (6:3:1470:2)

if someone can help me with this problem ?? First support told me to replace the graphics ( Geforce9600 ) mentioned at ( GeForce 550 Ti) and now this error: Error 308 ( 6: 3: 1470 : 2 ) . error occurs at each login attempt , that is part of the login and password , it starts to load the game and pops up an error. I have installed all the drivers up to date , off antivirus , off windows defender , disabled firewall . , Internet 150MB . Windows 10 Pro updated. please help

    Improve the attitude. No one is responsible for your hardware configuration but yourself.

    Both of the cards you listed are poor. A 60$ cdn investent buys you a 2gb ddr5 gtx 650. Great low end eso starting card.

    I have built a few pc's designed to run eso. With the newer cards featuring newer drivers require new/more comunication with the OS and plug and play hardware.

    That said i have seen many of these 301 and 308 errors. I have found updating the OS security and fixes has ended these errors.

    I have stayed away from windows 10, too many silly issues. I stick with w7 64bit pro.

    As always...
    Check mobo bios for an update,
    Update OS
    Update gfx driver
    Disable antivirus or add eso.exe exception before playing.

    It's possible you have a mess of old system Registries in your computer. Did you upgrade to Windows 10 directly from Windows 7? This can lead to many problems. I've heard there are options to create a Windows 10 install disk once you upgrade. This is supposed to leave a clean install with no garbage left behind.

    If you have a copy of Windows 7 laying around with an extra hard drive, try doing a fresh install on it and see how you do. I know this takes a lot of time to do so, but if your system is really giving you those results I bet you're wanting to try anything.

    so yes, the system was uploaded to clean the disk formatted using . I've tried on another drive to install windows 7 , 8, 8.1 , and all the time the same problem . even I tried to reinstall windows 10 to 32 bit and 64bit and nothing it does not help . I noticed that a lot of people have this problem after the patch that changed DirectX . I wonder if it is only on this forum someone from the Support team who can help me to comment on this ... and my ticket is no response from the three days ...
