Not the best quality photo, just took it with my phone real quick to show some mates not thinking I'd end up on the forums trying to figure out what they are. I messaged the person and they just said Breton, but memory and Google tells me that's not true. Pretty sure it's the chest piece, the shoulders are Argonian I think, the feathers are attached to either side of the spine about halfway down the back. At this point I'm guessing it's a unique reward, but would like to know the specifics. I don't know if my picture's gonna show up properly, just in case it's got a large amount of feathers sticking straight up above the person's head like wings, looks like something the Dominion style would do but apparently not, pretty sure it's light armour, and no it is not Trinimac shoulders - these are literally feathers and many of them.
