I've literally been farming that very last dark anchor achievement for hours. I know. I'm crazy. I got the other bosses Lord blah from Vvardenfell 5 times and Molag's "son" Ozzowhatever 4 times, and Verkarth Vampire a couple of times, but 0 Mournhold Lich. I'm AD in Reaper's March. That is the right place, isn't it? Is it bugged or is this some seriously bad luck rng?

I finally got my lich. I let the levelers get their taps, too. If they showed up I just threw down caltrops and let them kill and close the pinions.1 -
