Do you use Mark as Junk option?

Personally I almost never use this as it seems like a hassle to mark something as Junk to sell to vendors, when I can just go down the list and look for stuff faster. Does anyone object to the idea of changing it to Mark as "Reserved" that prevents you from selling to vendor or deconstructing it, but still appear in your normal inventory listing?

I use it! I mark stuff as I pick it up, so I don't have to search for it. This has the added bonus that if I need to destroy something to pick up something nice, all the stuff I'm willing to lose is in one tab.

I use Mark as Junk for quickly deleting junk, not to set things aside for NPC Vendors. I can mark 10 trait stones as junk then throw them all out quicker than deleting each one at the same time. When in a dungeon with full bags, time of of the essence.

Otherwise, I just sell things. Now, I use an addon that sub categorizes my stuff so it's easier to find things to vendor. Stock or on the Console, I might use Mark more often for vendor trash.

The other reason is, I mark things as junk because my bags are full and they are low value items, not to sell them later to a vendor. Things marked as junk still count towards your bag limit. It is only after you toss those that you free up bag space.
Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.

I have addons that mark things as junk for me, don't mess with my junk. If you want a "reserve" option ask for that alone (or use an addon if you're on PC).

i use mark as junk to actually store my good items. I use it to separate my different sets that i constantly swap in and out (eg. bloodspawn different armour types, heavy/light versions of kaeg, heavy/light of tava etc)

I use it all the time.

After each dungeon I head to the crafting benches, deconstruct everything, then go to the bank to deposit the goodies. Scanning down the list, I just deposit or "junk" items as necessary. I scan the entire list, because I'm too lazy to check my loot while I'm in a dungeon - I just vacuum everything up and deal with it later.

Then I head over to Maesar (the richest NPC in all of Tamriel) and sell junk and repair my gear, ready for the next run.

What I'd really like is a "mark for guild sale" option so that I don't have to dig through my whole backpack again to find that one item to sell.

I use the remember junk add-on. Works great to vendor items quickly.

Nope. I use Advanced filters. Works beautifully and makes the trashy ESO UI for items/bank much more manageable.

    No.

Hisa Ni Caemaire - Altmer Sorceress, member of the Order Draconis and Adept of the House of Dibella.
Broken Branch Toothmaul - goblin (for my goblin characters, I use either orsimer or bosmer templates) Templar, member of the Order Draconis and persistently unskilled pickpocket
Mol gro Durga - Orsimer Socerer/Battlemage who died the first time when the Nibenay Valley chapterhouse of the Order Draconis was destroyed, then went back to Cold Harbor to rescue his second/partner who was still captive. He overestimated his resistance to the hopelessness of Oblivion, about to give up, and looked up to see the golden glow of atherius surrounding a beautiful young woman who extended her hand to him and said "I can help you". He carried Fianna Kingsley out of Cold Harbor on his shoulder. He carried Alvard Stower under one arm. He also irritated the Prophet who had intended the portal for only Mol and Lyris.

Absolutely not.I have lost some good items because the Junk option took them to be junk.I'll just take the time to either decon what I think is junk,or sell it.
