Yesterday l bought a mofit with $55 real money yesterday because photos of the mofits weapons on the internet was red weapons.
When l crafted using this mofit the weapons had no colour at all.
Question
How do l put red paint on to weapons?
I do feel extreamly riped off as l had to pay real money to buy rocks to use this useless mofit.
Please help.

Weapon color depends on the material used to create said weapon. Voidstone will be blue/purple, Rubedite will red. There's no method for dying weapons at this point.

It may be that when made by rubedite (v16th level material) it just is red.
Tenesi Faryon of Telvanni - Dunmer Sorceress who deliberately sought sacrifice into Cold Harbor to rescue her beloved.
Hisa Ni Caemaire - Altmer Sorceress, member of the Order Draconis and Adept of the House of Dibella.
Broken Branch Toothmaul - goblin (for my goblin characters, I use either orsimer or bosmer templates) Templar, member of the Order Draconis and persistently unskilled pickpocket
Mol gro Durga - Orsimer Socerer/Battlemage who died the first time when the Nibenay Valley chapterhouse of the Order Draconis was destroyed, then went back to Cold Harbor to rescue his second/partner who was still captive. He overestimated his resistance to the hopelessness of Oblivion, about to give up, and looked up to see the golden glow of atherius surrounding a beautiful young woman who extended her hand to him and said "I can help you". He carried Fianna Kingsley out of Cold Harbor on his shoulder. He carried Alvard Stower under one arm. He also irritated the Prophet who had intended the portal for only Mol and Lyris.
    ***
Order Draconis - well c'mon there has to be some explanation for all those dragon tattoos.
House of Dibella - If you have ever seen or read "Memoirs of a Geisha" that's just the beginning...
Nibenay Valley Chapterhouse - Where now stands only desolate ground and a dolmen there once was a thriving community supporting one of the major chapterhouses of the Order Draconis

You can't paint weapons, red weapons are crafted using rubedite ingots or sanded ruby ash, which are VR15-16 materials.

Yeah unfortunately you need to be max level to get red swords in game and there's currently no dye system for weapons.

This. Unfortunately you are not able to dye weapons. The colour normally comes from the material (although I believe glass always looks kind of green) and the most obvious red would be VR15 or VR16 material which as newtinmpls points out is Rubedite.

some weapons later on have colors in them like v14 is purple and v15-16 is red its the color of the ingot that turns the weapon color not a dye. they may one day make them able to be dyed but not yet able to do this.

If you immediately spend 55€ on something you have no info about, you deserve to be disappointed, look down on me if you want but I'd do some research first before spending 55€ on something that is obtainable in-game, even though it's expensive.

Either way as was said above, it is not possible to color weapons yet. Weapons are given a color based on their level (rank), for instance the highest lvl/rank weapons are of reddish color so it varies.

But shields are different, it seems. I changed my color setup for my Templar's armor and the Ancient Orc shield changed automatically to match. I changed the colors again to check, and they changed to match again.

No, you can dye the shield independently of your armour. You probably used the dye all option and thus also dyed your shield.
