If by elistist, you mean somebody that won't do certain dungeons with certain people because they simply aren't good enough.
(VCOA, VWGT, VICP)
Rest of the dungeons, I don't mind going with anybody.
Technically asking people to be reasonably competent is still "elitist", so yes I guess I am. If by "elitist" you mean expecting everyone to be top tier, then no.
Interesting take on this issue.

very interesting article, and for the most part on the money. I will disagree with one point though. in my experience within ESO some of the top players (ie no1 on the leaderboards) are the most vile, disgusting people ever to have walked the earth, and would better serve the game by leaving. I've seen them in zone actively abusing and harassing everyone just because they are such reprehensible individuals, using their 'status' to demean anyone playing the game just for fun. even sadder is that they often go to zones in groups of like minded bottom feeders and i've seen them gang up and shout down / ridicule and outright attack anyone who questions or confronts them. it's truly disgraceful. no amount of skill or titles can excuse such behaviour, and why they would do so is beyond me. definitely some serious issues going on there.
