I don't have the game downloaded, but I tried to log in to my account and first it wasn't recognizing my old password so I changed it via mail, but now is not letting me login with that new one either.

Just what the hell is going on? A couple of months ago I sent a ticket about the horrible game performance and asking that they don't send me anymore advertising, and they said they deleted me from the list. Did they delete my game account too? Am i banned or something?? I can't send another ticket because I can't login.

Any explanation? Not planning to play now, but I was thinking in coming back when I get a better pc, now I'm a bit worried that they might've erased my account.
