Does anyone know how to fully uninstall ESOTU?

I've deleted this game via the ESO Uninstall file, successful prompt

But after reboot folders and contents do still all exist, as if it wasn't deleted:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Zenimax Online

The files in My Documents also still exists.
Jimerio / Magicka Sorcerer / PvP & PvE / Master Crafter(Woodworking, Blacksmithing, Alchemy, Provisioning, Enchanting, Clothing) / DD & Heal / CP560+ / Aldmeri Dominion / PC / EU

Seriously, a forum post for this? There is no Google entry on how to completely remove video games. Well I guess you wanted to use your forum access, before your next post will ask for being removed from the forums as well.

Just delete the installation folder ...

You also want to delete the user data folder which can grow quite big if you have taken a lot of screenshots.
    C:\Users\YourUserName\Documents\Elder Scrolls Online

Most Uninstallers do not remove all the game files. Reason, it can make a reinstall happen quicker and preserve settings in between reinstalls. Of course this can leave behind corrupted files that may have caused the issues you were trying to fix with the reinstall.

So, delete the install directory if you want the space back. I don't recommend trying to find and delete all the settings files, some are in the Registry, and some can be buried in Program Settings or User Settings but intermingled with other games from the same publisher. Note this is not a ZOS or Bethesda thing, it is most games these days.

You can't delete it... you will come back eventually. Everybody comes back.

First, you must get around four to five dozen fishy sticks. I'll share the rest of the instructions after you acquire all food items in question.

All funny comments here, while asking a really serious question  I just never had an Uninstaller which did not deleted everything.

I manually deleted everything, and reinstalled with the Client setup file

No, I'm forecasting ESO, 4TB will be enough.

I'm surprised too that they didn't ask that. But it was for reinstalling, so no one gets it

Wow, I have to apologize. I thought that's another "I'm leaving" post hidden behind a technical question. I hope you've managed to get it sorted and game's running for you again.

It could also be most of the games I play allow mods, so those tend to leave files behind for the mods at the very least. I don't think I have played a game all that recently that does not allow mods. I do remember uninstalling one of the recent Tomb Raiders and it did remove all the files that the game had, but that was not a game that could be modded.

I can see where publishers would set up the Install Shield Uninstaller to leave files behind on a game that is downloaded or mostly downloaded as they can run CRC checks on the existing files to see if they are valid so as not to redownload stuff that does not need to be downloaded again.

Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.
