This is why I got Azurah. I didn't want any of the other things it did either, so I spent a lot of time looking for one that would just allow me to move the UI around and nothing else, but I couldn't find one. I've not gone out of my way to look since but I've still not come across one.

I would highly recommend Azurah though. It has an easy to use menu which allows you to turn each feature on or off individually (and customise some of them) so you don't have to use anything you don't want. You could install it, disable everything else and use the chat command to unlock the UI and forget about the other features.

(I did start using the options to colour my targets name by their reaction to me and their level by difficulty, which I now frequently forget is not part of the actual UI, but other than that I have everything turned off.)
