✭✭✭✭✭Yes, ESO is the only MMO I've ever played where I don't get hit with frequent annoying duel requests from strangers when I'm minding my own business. I really love this about the game.

✭✭I used to deal with annoying requests with decline/block user.
Then duel with my best mates. You can always do that.
But you can't duel if the game doesn't have it.

✭✭Cross alliance duel requires that you make a new char, xp him, run vMA till you get the gear you need. Run vwgt or any other monster gear runs till u get the gear you need and then 1v1 with your friend.
I will not make the same exact char and farm all my gear again, in order to 1v1 my friend cause people pretent not to understand that there are ways to avoid being contacted by pvpers.
Depriving joy for your co-gamers because of unfair and selfish reasons is wrong. Communities will not allow it.
