Insert disc error: Xbox one.

Several of my guildies are having trouble logging in. It says insert disc, though they all have the digital copy. Can anyone advise?

I had this happen tonight. I deleted my local saves and it let me in. On XBox.

No it's on the hard drive, there is no disc.. At least not for me

Thanks, we've figured that out. Trying to find out if the problem is Zos or Microsoft.

Dont even waste your time with contacting Microsoft iv had this issue on going for long time with 2 other games and its been one headache after another with them saying I dont own a licence for the game but shows I played it, just spam A and if all else fails uninstall and re install a pain but trust me its less hassle than Microsoft
