Unfair?
By having to put in the same work everyone else did?

Classic whiners argument. I don't want to put the time in like others had to, give it to me "now".

I don't even understand the 20 hour mark as if someone will do more then 1 upgrade each day.

Timer Creep. You see this with Hirelings. Log to your Alts one night to collect mails at 6PM, the next night you have to log at 6:05, then the next at 6:10 etc. No matter how hard you try to get the timing right, you end up gathering your mails later and later in the gaming session each night. If you have multiple Alts it gets even worse. Especially if you do writs with the hirelings, yes you can log twice to the alts for this, but that is a royal pain. Which is why we have been asking for a 20 hour timer on hirelings since Beta.

Lump sum payments for groups of 10-20% improvements.
1% improvement or 1 Inventory upgrade every 20 hours is not fun nor rewarding.

It's like people don't understand what "training" is.
It's small, incremental steps toward a larger goal.
The system is arguably too fast. Basic trail horse training is about 60-90 days, and competitive training can take 1 to 5+ years.
But nobody wants to train a game horse for 5 years, so 60 sessions per trait is a good compromise for the payoff.
Just because you want to progress faster doesn't mean you can be a *** to your digital animal. Maybe learn to treat it with respect for all it does for you.

I agree that 1 train per day is too long but I doubt they'll change it.
