Solar flare visual/audio bug?

If I use solar flare I frequently notice empower glow and sound stay with you until logout swapping weapons only makes the effect swap with it and it doesn't show under active effects has anyone else noticed this? I'm on the Xbox one and it gets anoying having a humming sound follow you all day.

A little update by using solar flare a few more times I've noticed that the glow stacks and what you end up with is a mini sun following you. I took a picture to show you what I mean I find it quite jarring especially when your using stealth.

I've done a few tests and so far dark flare does not seen to have this issue haven't tried the other morph yet and likely won't get a chance anytime soon.

Just look at this effect - isn't it marvelous?

Who doesn't want to have a Sun Glowing Staff, step forward

I checked with random player around and he/she confirmed that the effect isn't visible to him/her.

In contrast to @startstriker 's screenshot, the glowing effect on my Staff is an ideal sphere of sun energy, very nice looking and slightly glowing from inside.
Hope it isn't a bug since it looks wonderful and lights up the path in the dark

I ran into someone yesterday and I could see their weapon glowing so it's definitely not just user side I let them know about the dark flare morph fix and they told me it had been bothering them. Still haven't been able to check the other morph to see if it fixes this if anyone has it would be great if they could confirm this.

Lets think about potential and possibilities the game can offer to our weapons. An ability to create a wide area of graphical effects based on our class skills

. That would be awesome.
As on pictures my Staff was crafted by myself on level 40 so isn't any special staff found out there.
If it's all about applying similar effects to other staffs/weapons, maybe to be chosen as on/off effects from game settings?
Visible to all players around?

I wonder what @ZOS_GinaBruno thinks about this.

BTW. I play on PC EU

Today's lesser version of sun glowing Staff - glowing effect applied and remains on Staff after using Jubilae Cake

.

Not so intense as previously and not lights the ground and nearby structures, but also it's a sphere of light.

Having the same issue with my templar on xbox one and its driving me nuts with the light glare.

Definitely hope they keep that in, it looks awesome!
