New Resurrection BUG: Cannot revive with soul gems

I cannot revive with grand soul gems on ANY character. Logged in and out. Closed and reopened game. This is definately another BUG.

The only thing you can do is goto wayshrine.

ZOS, when you fixed the cake bug is it possibly something in reviving got broke?

This is quite a bad bug. Hope it gets fixed soon

Pretty much - that bug was fixed last incremental for PC, was hotfixed today for Xbox and will be hotfixed tomorrow (during maintenance) for PS4.

[EDIT] Obviously if you are experiencing this issue (since the hotfix or appropriate patch) on either Xbox or PC you should probably put in a support ticket or maybe try to get Gina's attention in the thread I linked? Although if your PS4 - it won't be fixed until tomorrow.

I just talked to someone the other day about this. They know about it, it's a problem on consoles, and I'm told it should be fixed by the next patch at the latest.

My soul summons passive DID however work this morning when I revived with that.

This bug does not affect everyone, I never had the issue on the PC. And I think it is also triggered by something else that happens, because other people reported things being OK, then one day not, with Resurrecting.

I would really love to get a look at the innards of this game and see how things work.

I have been sitting here grinding with my cake buff and occasionally dieing to large number of adds. Friend comes online and i tell him about the bug, we group, he dies, and he revives no problem. So we think maybe its a soul gem issue, and he revived due to free revival in soul passive, nope! He dies again and revives with a soul gem.

So my question is, why has this only started happening to my chacters today? Never ever had this problem, and a friend doesnt have it, only I have it?
