First, you must get around four to five dozen fishy sticks. I'll share the rest of the instructions after you acquire all food items in question.Does anyone know how to fully uninstall ESOTU?
I've deleted this game via the ESO Uninstall file, successful prompt
But after reboot folders and contents do still all exist, as if it wasn't deleted:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Zenimax Online
The files in My Documents also still exists.

Have you ever deleted files from your computer before? Same process.

Most Uninstallers do not remove all the game files. Reason, it can make a reinstall happen quicker and preserve settings in between reinstalls. Of course this can leave behind corrupted files that may have caused the issues you were trying to fix with the reinstall.
So, delete the install directory if you want the space back. I don't recommend trying to find and delete all the settings files, some are in the Registry, and some can be buried in Program Settings or User Settings but intermingled with other games from the same publisher. Note this is not a ZOS or Bethesda thing, it is most games these days.

From most installers I know that they've deleted everything, that's the reason why I was so surprised. Deleted everything manually, because I wanted to start from scratch.
Downloaded patches in about 2 hours and it's up-and-running again. Thx for the info
