Finally got Grand Master Crafting Harvester! 10,000 flowers, runes, rocks, and wood. What % of players grind through this? At least I got enough VR16 mats for all my characters.

As for FTC vs. AUI, I checked their page quick... AUI doesn't appear to have buffs listed in their description? That'd be a deal breaker for me. I don't use most of FTC's features, but cleaner party bars, buff/debuff display, and numerical/percentage displays are basically all I need. AUI shows buffs and even has it's own minimap. It has accountwide settings and you are able to activate and deactivate certain modules separately. I do especially like the look and the features of the unit frames concerning AUI. The features to show damage shields and running HoTs are much better in AUI as in FTC imho, especially as a healer you will love them. I just use the dps meter from FTC.
As a general rule AUI needs more ressources and performance as FTC, so running AUI might come with some fps drops and more uses of /reloadUI. After the last game patch the AUI modder added some fixes concerning performance so that difference in performance between AUI and FTC might be not that big anymore or maybe neglectable. At least for my system, the 64 bit client in its current form helped a lot for raid performance at least in PvE while using addons.
PvP is still a mess, be it AUI or FTC:

✭✭✭✭✭I only had 4000 about 6 months ago after playing the game for a year and a half. I decided to make a push for this achievement, as it unlocks several colors now. I thought it only unlocked one, but maybe they had so few people get it that they made it more attractive. So, I would grind western Wrothgar a little bit each day while working on CP. At the start of this past weekend, I was at something like 8500 and decided to really grind for it. I have so many mats now my 2 mules are overloaded.
At least I can make new VR16 armor for the 4 characters that need it. This sorc already has gold VR16 gear. Another nice thing about this grind was I got a lot of tempers from refining all the mats.
I'm still using FTC because I am just so used to it. It's second nature to see the info I need.
I should run to a dye station and take some screenshots of the different colors. I'm curious how the red looks especially.
Now I'm just trying to figure out what random long term achievement to go for next. Already have Master Angler, which gave me hundreds of the XP potions. I can't commit the time to chase Emperor, so it needs to be something that takes a long time but can be achieved in small chunks."Get off my lawn!"0
