no matter which character i use or which role, it's not finding groups, been like this last 4 hours

i always have group finder on as a side thing as i quest to get the daily dungeon done but switching char roles, class, etc just did nothing, not even a tank or healer role changed thingsPLEASE REPLY TO ME WITH @dsalter otherwise i'm likely to miss the reply if its not my own thread
