It's broken for me as well on PS4. I have yet to do a random dungeon, even queued as my V16 DK Tank.

I hope they fix this week.

I have found that if I queue up as a DPS then it is hit or miss, but if I queue up as Healer and DPS (I have been running my magicka NB as a healer for the past few weeks now) it works a bit better, and when I run these on my tank it is almost instant.

The 1 hour and almost 45 minutes that you are showing seems a bit excessive, but I wonder if it is a population issue, or a actual bug with group finder. Maybe no one is queuing as a tank?

A dps will always a have to wait for a tank and healer. That's the rules of MMOs. Dps are a dime a dozen.

If you queue during off peak times it'll take a long time.

It happens sometimes, sometimes it works like lighting, sometimes you need wait forever. I think its exactly leaving and kicking what screw up the group-finder. I think group-finder groups should be leaderless and if one leaves the group is disbanded, I know it opens a new form of griefing but make it so you can only leave your group 2 time per day.
