Stuck white trail effect on a char, anyone gets it?

I constantly getting this white tail/trail effect stuck to my char after/during combat at random times. The only way to get rid of it is to logout and login. /reloadui does not help. And there are not any effect on the char that can cause this. Anyone else getting this issue?
