In Hew's Bane Shark's Grotto and stuck

I got knocked off a dock and am in the water under the dock.
I cannot get out and there is no option to use the Map to get out.
I can jump and move as much as I like but this does not free me as I appear to be stock between some of the supporting beams.
How can I escape from this situation?

    You PC people get it so easy, us on console have to travel to a friend if there's one on!

    Console players have this too.... From the start menu, go to help ---> get me unstuck. It will take you to the nearest wayshrine.
