Bonus XP doesnt stack

From what I've just seen, completing the daily pledge i received around 33k experience.

I had the crown scroll 50% bonus and the cake 100% bonus active at the same time but yeah didnt get both stacked. It seemed to have prioritised the cake.

Just a heads up so you guys dont waste any scrolls or anything but you can see for yourself too.

*i havent tried the Psijic Ambrosia

Btw on EU PS4.

You should report that actually. They specifically said in the announcement that it would stack with other xp bonuses.

It does stack with other xp bonuses, but I'm not sure if you are referring to the xp given for random dungeons? I believe that remained unaffected as its still at 101k for completion.

Usually get 16k for the pledge but for 32/33k so the scrolls 50% extra wasnt added to the xp

My lvl 33 alt is getting 432 xp with cake and 432 with cake and ambrosia.

Ill add my voice to the chorus and also say that everyone in guild chat and zone chat is realizing that the cake and ambrosia/scroll are not stacking.

Burned through a few Crown Store Scrolls before I realized I wasn't gaining exp any faster than normal. Shoulda known better and paid attention to the numbers...

I didn't see anyone ask for a refund, just extra days for a feature promised but not delivered. I don't think that's unreasonable to ask for.

Cake was free; XP pot's and scrolls are not. If we are told something should work together and it does not, why shouldn't ZOS be expected to make it function as they promised and add some extra time?

Its not stacking for me with 50% xp pots or 10% eso bonus. Just tested on two VR5s grinding. Looks like it only adds double the base and no extra bonuses.

Of course if they used scrolls they should ask for those back or a crown refund. They are not working the way they should and they got no benefit from something they purchased with real money. When ZoS specifically said they would work.

Yea, not stacking for me either. Hope they fix this, I was hoping to get my second character up to VR16 without the usual weeks and weeks of grinding. That extra 60% would help a lot. As it stands now I'm only getting 40% extra if they are not counting the ESO Plus Bonus and scrolls/ambrosia.

Even so, I can still tell a noticeable difference in my exp bar going up. Imagine how fast it would be though...

Maybe they can reimburse us based on when we used the potion and how much xp we lost out on?

With eso+, xp potion and enlightenment I get 71k towards a champion point per quest turn in cyrodill. With the jubilee cake added im still getting the same amount of xp.

base* = 445 xp

base + Psijic = 662 xp

Base + Psijic + Cake = 828 xp

Base + Cake = 828 xp.

It may appear that it is stacking, but it most certainly is not.

*this is ESO Plus Base xp ymmv

All XP boost restrictions will be lifted during the anniversary week, so you'll be able to stack everything (just not with itself).

I am currently unable to drink a potion with a scroll and eat cake.

it seems bug is random, but definitely occurring. I was in bleakrock on a new DK and killing level 4 skeletons i got 82 xp with just cake. added crown scroll and no increase in xp on same mobs at all. before i added cake i was getting 44 xp. so even the cake isn't quite doing 100%bonus for me. It would be nice to get back the crowns for that scroll i bought though.

Grinding with another, I had an XP scroll alongside the cake, she did not. We both gained the same XP.
