Dunmer Dual Wield (sword sword) Medium Armor DD-DPS build

DraugBeren
Hello by a new player!
I'm at lv 13 and i have unlocked the first 3 skills of dual-wielding skill line and something of all of three dragonknight skill lines...
Anyone can suggest me a build?
And to get two strong swords, i need to make swords of myself, or the crafting skill line can be ignored?
On my PG i have [2 MAGIKA POINT- 4 HEALTH POINT- 6 STAMINA POINT] .
I think to upgrade character skills using the sequence 2 -> +2 -> +2 and so on...any suggestion?
Thanks, I'm an Italian player (Add me to your friends, thanks for any help).
now i'm: z0r44k

    You'll want to use two different weapons(for your two bars), which will likely either be two handed or bow(assuming you are stamina based). I suggest you pick one.

    Generally people would put all their points into either stamina or magicka, depending on your build. A few points in health might be helpful, but choose either stamina or magicka, don't bother with the other.

    Crafting is very helpful. If you don't level the skill lines(you only have to deconstruct the equipment you find) you'll likely regret it later. Skill points are everywhere and unless you're powerleveling you'll be in no shortage of them.

    I suggest go with a stamina build.( all points in stamina, dont split them up). Since you seem keen on DW. Also, dont worry too much about a build at this moment. Your level is faaaar to low and you lack the skill points to get a build going at this moment. However, here are some helpful suggestions that I wish someone had told me when I first started this game;

    1. Explore all the skills you find interesting. Experiment first and see what you like before looking for end game builds. Respec is just 15-20k, even with 300+ skill points like I have. For you, at around v1, a respec would barely cost 5-8k.

    2. Learn all (if not most) of your class skills. Its good (and easy) to unlock them when your questing/levelling. If you dont, your going to have to grind mobs at end game to level/moprh skills you havent previously learnt and this is a chooorrreeeee. (aka BOOOORING).

    3. If you do decide to go stamina, id suggest levelling 2h, bow and DW along the way. Even SnB if you have the skill points to spare. There's more then enough skill points in this game. (im sitting at around 325 i Think).

    4. Wear at least 1 piece of every armor weight. ( this unlocks armor skill lines too!). Much easier to level while questing and you dont wanna gimp yourself at end game by having to wear an unwanted armor weight just to unlock the skill line.

    5. Deconstruct to level your crafting skill lines along the way. Even if you dont have the skill points to spare, you can get to lvl 50 of a crafting line by just deconstructing! Then spend the skill points when u have them to spare! (only alchemy and provisioning cannot be levelled by deconstructing.)

    6. Have fun! You'll have TONS of time to worry about end game build at end game haha. questing and levelling are arguably the best part of ESO.

    If your looking for some tips on a build here's some general pointers. You want 1 main spammable damage skill. If your a dk, unstable flame (morph of searing strike) is essential on a stam build. This is a damage over time so use it only once every 10.5 seconds. Do no refresh before it ends. You want some level of self healing. In PVE, dragons blood (draconic power tree) and vigor (if u play pvp and unlock it) as well as rally (from 2h skill tree) are amazing self healing. You also want some measure of AOE for quick killing of groups of mobs during questing. Examples are bombard, steel tornado, burning breath etc. For gear sets, hundings is an excellent all rounded pick.

    However, if you feel that you just need to see an end game build right now and miss all the fun of exploring it yourself, here's a quick general breakdown of what most top tier builds use with some variation;
    Main bar DW: Unstable flame/twin slashes/flurry/steel tornado/evil hunter & ult: Flawless dawnbreaker
    Off bar: BOW : poison injec/scorcehd earth/caltrops/rearming trap/(any self heal here or igneous weapons) & ult: standard of might

    Gear sets: 5 hundings/ 2 valkyns or 1 kena/1 bloodspawn + 3 agility. ( you can go 7 medium or 5/1/1 in terms of weight) >> ofcourse maelstrom daggers enter the fray if you can clear vMSA at end game.

    Also, dont worry too much about stat allocation, CP allocation (When u get to vet ranks) and skills/morphs.

    Stats can be reset for 3k.
    CP can be reset for 3k.
    morphs can be reset for around 5k ( i think, cant remember whats the exact cost but its cheap).
    Skills can be reset as well. The price however increases as your total skill points increases. For me at 300+ skill points it costs me around 15k i think.

    Whit your suggestions, i make in the further my PG tank with sword and shield with a large number of skill points, for you, i can also learn the skill line of weapon and shield and also healt abilities? In two cases i remain stamina base. I want this specific character because am a fan of sword art online manga, and i like kirito skills and the skills of the leader of the asuna guild of templar knights.

    Oh no, don't do that. It's either 10 dollars or the money you get from a couple sidequests. It's obvious which one is the better deal.

    Yes you can. If you are AD, there are shrines at grahtwood on the first floor. Shrine to Stendaar, shrine to mara etc. Each of these shrines resets something. Walk up to them and press E (if your on PC) and it will show u what u can reset and at what cost. If your DC, wayrest cathedral has the shrines. For EP, its at mournhold I believe. If you do not have the wayshrine to these locations, try asking friends or in zone chat for someone to add you to group so that you can port to them. Sometimes you might be lucky enough to find a veteran on his/her alt willing to help.

    And yes, you can reset skills/stats/morphs etc for in game gold.

    And yes, you can choose to learn whatever you want to learn with the skill points you have. All available skills and trees such as 1h shield, DW, 2h, class skills, guild skills, world skills are all shown on ur skill tab when u hit 'K'. (on PC). As long as you meet the tree level requirements, you will unlock said skills which you can add a skill point to use. If you want to remain stamina base, just pick more of the stamina based abilities that cost stamina while picking up some of the interesting magicka based skills for utility (like igneous shields, igneous weapons, talons etc).

    Also reading this, I seem to think that you may be confusing skill points with stat points.

    Stat points refer to health/stam/magicka. These you only get 64. 1 per level. from 1-v16. There is only one way to acquire stat points and that is levelling up. For a stamina build you want all 64 points into stamina.

    Skill points show up when u hit 'K'. These are what you will be using to acquire and morph skills. There are lots of ways to earn skill points. Completing certain main story quests awards 1 skill point each. Completing the group event in public dungeons awards 1 skill point each. Levelling up awards 1 skill point each. Collecting 3 skyshards awards 1 skill point each. Ranking up in PvP awards one skill point each. etc etc. These, you will get around 300+ at end game so there's no need to worry too much about acquiring the skills you want. You will have more then enough of.

    OK thanks a lot, yes i mean stats skills to reset, because at lv 17 I want to cut point from healt and magica and put it all on stamina, I want to this now because the point to cut are 2 from magica and 4 from healt, in general the points are few and I dont pay to much... I have around 5k gold for now, I have notice that the gold earned in game are lowless than other MMO game that I have played in the past...and the teletransport system require a lot of gold for long travel...
