[BUG] Hozzin's Folly quest broken in 1.6 (EP Bleakrock quest)

This quest was working before 1.6.
Once you get to the point where you are supposed to talk to the guy inside the mine door after knocking and while wearing the disguise, and lie to get him to let you inside, the quest updates and the door activates, but you never port inside. You are then stuck. If you activate the door again you get a dialogue that no one is there, and an option to enter the mine, which makes the door move again and STILL doesn't port you inside.
This prevents you from completing the main quest in Bleakrock, as well as getting the Skyshard inside the mine.
It seems perhaps there is a bug related to the fake "sneaking" that certain costumes put you in and the new sneak system.

✭✭✭✭✭Apparently this is just my character that is screwed up, as I just watches someone else enter the mine.
I abandoned again and re-did everything, and I still can't progress.
Something tells me this is related to the perma-wolf bug I was getting, but ZOS must be busy because now I am stuck unable to progress and haven't heard back from them.

No it is not just your character, i have a Nord Templar, she exactly the same problem. I already sent like 5-10 Bug Reports since about 1 Month ago and also some Help Requests.
Not even one response from ZOS so far - really disapointing.
In another Thread you where refering that to a possible gamebreaking werewolf transformation problem during the final stage of the Main Quest (God of Schemes). My char was never a werewolf at that stage, but indeed i had a few zoning problems during that quest on that char, where I was forced to log out repeatedly, because the game got stuck.

✭✭Played it through just a couple of hours ago on an Alt. Worked fine for me then. I was Nord DK.

Not saying the bug is on every Nord Char.
Last week i repeated the quest on an different Alt Char (Breton Templar) and it worked fine, however i am still unable to access the cave with my Nord Templar after some weeks.1 -
RexyCat✭✭✭✭It seem to be still problems related to this quest as I can't equip disguise.
I logged out and re-logged to be sure that it isn't related to running session of game. Everything indicates that I actually get disguise from that killed bandit (chat report it as being looted from Wykkyd chat), bu tI can not see it in inventory under sub category as vanity which other disguises would be found. Not even in full unsorted view in inventory I can see that as any new item or in collections like I can for that skeleton morph.
This is on a level 10 Templar High Elf belonging to EP.
For some time ago I finished this quest without any problem on my other character (also High Elf, but Sorc - EP), so I don't what might have changed since then.0 -

✭Did this quest on a new alt to ight and had a wee problem getting the prompt to interact with the door to show up. I ran out of the little tunnel and back and it showed up and progress fine for me. I chalked it up to lag, which was pretty bad there for. But never had a problem getting the prompt to show up before so idk.0 -
RexyCat✭✭✭✭Disabling LootWall helped to get disguise into inventory. Probably had it too low for items value which made it delete or refuse to let me get disguise into inventory although loot was reported into chat. Anyway quest isn't broken when I did get disguise and now I have that Achievement finished too.
