Axe bleeds (Heavy Weapon Bleed), did it got fixed?

So today in Cyro I was fighting a player that was using a 2 hander axe. (NOT Maelstrom)

For some reason, everytime he hit me he proc the heavy weapon bleed (axe bleed). => 100% proc.
I fought this person 4 times, to check the data... And yep, the bleed proc 100% of the time.

Exploit or ZOS didnt fix it?

Last I heard they fixed it. Only evidence is all the people who suddenly stopped using axes.

Its fixed. Proc rate 16% as described.

Don't worry. If she/he proc'd you 100% of the time with a 16% proc rate that means the next 6ish people won't get proc by the ax.

they fixed it, I tested it on PTS.

Once you get the bleed you will get likr 3 bleed ticks. maybe he was lucky and got another one.

Was he applying a DoT to you in the process? DoT's are a reliable way of proc'ing that passive as long as your on your 2h bar. I'm not 100% sure but i think even poison injection could proc it once he switches back to 2h (not 100% sure tho).

They fixed the 2H.

The did not fix the DW. 1 axe or 2 the proc rate is only 8%, at least on PS4 it's still this way.

Actually he was. Interesting point.

It suppouse to proc only with light and heavy attacks. It might be broken and proc off any skill including DOT's.

But having the bleed proc on me with every hit, on 4 different fights... yea, something is wrong.

Its supposed to proc on all melee attacks not just light attacks. So 32% chance per weave. Actually so high it will actually overwrite itself causing a dps loss. Especially if Bash Weaving

i have gotten 5 dodges in a row from dodge chance. sometimes people are just lucky.

Using a 2h axe here, no 100% proc.

Are you sure he wasn't just using Cleave?
