(Proving The Deed - Quest Is Broken) - Fighters guild quest

So when you head into Jofnirs cabin to search it for clues you are supposed to look at his journal then the quest is supposed to update right then and there but it doesn't. The worst part about this is that i sent in a ticket and Zen got back to me saying they found nothing wrong with the quest lol

I too am encountering this issue, will send a ticket to Zeni in a while and hopefully figure out what's going on.

Yea im stuck there too, and got a similar response cycle my ps4 sharethe quest with another player and see if that fixes it or abandon it and pick it back up, Zen must have no actual ingame control aand can only affect things thru patches/hot fixes, which is a wierd way to run an mmo
