Fix your crashing issue, I've used both clients and I still have to deal with random crashes. It'll go to the log in screen then sometimes it will just freeze and my toon loos as if she's having an outer body experience. I'm getting quite sick of submitting tickets with bugs, crashes, not being able to see players or people in my party. Ticket after ticket and all I get is a random response of "If your issue isn't resolved in 24 hours' yadda yadda. I have also placed another thread up about these issues and it was removed. I would like answers.

It's not Internet or hardware issue.
My Internet is fine and I didn't slam my ps4 into the ground repeatedly the same day TG was released.V16 Magicka Templar only

✭✭The only thing that fixed crashing for me was to disable Normal_Maps in the UserSettings.ini
Have tried a lot of other options but nothing worked as well to reduce fps drops and crashing. The downside is that details on armor etc will look a little flatter.
My pc specs are also not that bad 4GHz CPU, 16GB RAM, GTX970 GPU, 512GB SSD etc.PC - EU (AD)Septimus Mezar - Altmer Sorcerer

Ashnunn✭✭✭Ive been having increasing amounts of infinite load screens since TG, to the point where it happens every 10 minutes now, regardless of where i am, when it reverts to "unable to contact server" - ZOS response = "we're looking into it"

I deal with random blue screen crashes all the time on PS4. There is one specific spot just as I get inside the EP base from the sewers where the screen freezes. The only solution is to shut down and restart ESO.
