is it worth to do the Thieves Guild quest line at a low level.

Hey, i recently made an ew character which is level 26 (i am planning on power leveling this character so i can get to v16 as fast as possible). Is it worth to start the Thieves guild DLC right now or should i wait to get better loot (higher leveled gear)?

I don't think so because my I'm doing the dlc on one of vet alts and it's barely given out exp

You can start it by going to any outlaw refuge and hunting for Quen.

Level 26 probably is not too low. I have done it almost right out of Wailing Prison without any Champion Points. As with Wrothgar, this content is not designed for new players without Veterans who have generated Champion Points, at character levels below something like level 10.

I almost wish they would hide Wrothgar and Thieves Guild until Level 10, like Cyrodiil.

is it not battle leveling, the same as Wrothgar or IC?

so does not matter about the level, it scales you to vet 15

It is battle leveling the character, but it does not make that character a VR 15 character. The character lacks the skills to really perform well until they have time to build the skills up and unlock morphs and more advanced actions. Champion Points can help compensate for that, so players that do not have a pool of Champion Points to draw upon are really at a disadvantage when scaled with a low level character.
