We need a working stand alone DPS/HPS addon

I don't want to use UI overhauls just to see my DPS/HPS calculated over time. We need some kind of working addon that adds up your heals/damage over time. Why is this so harD?

✭Almost all of the DPS/HPS/IPS addons have options to turn off all of the non parse related bells and whistles. It sucks to have to sit through the initial UI reloading but not enough to warrant a whole new addon.
