In my last move, Comcast closed my old account and created a new one at my new address.. Because my old account was closed, the email associated with ESO no longer exists.. At the very least, I can no longer access it..

I find it very sad that Bethesda doesn’t offer any method to access an account WITHOUT the need for an email.. Your security code is absolutely useless if someone can’t get the email..

Other methods need to be used to securely allow someone to access their account and make changes to it.. Like update the email.. I remember my username and password just fine.. The issue is your website doesn’t recognize my computer.. So it wants a security code.. Normally this wouldn’t be an issue except that my email has changed..

WOW doesn’t have this issue and neither does SWTOR.. It would be nice if you all could take a page or two from them and fix this issue.. Otherwise, I will simply not be playing your game.. For obvious reasons..

Perhaps the use of secret questions.. Maybe an authenticator, either a device you can buy or an app on a smart phone..

Please fix this.. I don’t see why this is an issue to begin with..
