Yes, there's glass armor in the game. @Wump posted links already, and I got another one: http://eso-fashion.com/, there you can check all styles for armor and weapons (if pictures available) by either weight or style. Go for style, and the weight (light/medium/heavy) you desire :)

When you want to craft items in this style, you need to combine 10 Glass Fragments (motif pages fragments) to 1 full page. You can get these fragments from doing writs, or you can buy them from guild stores, the prices are so low now that you won't be broke after buying a bunch of them ;)
To combine them, you need to buy some kind of glue from some sort of mage (I forgot his title at the moment, could someone please help?); this part is probably the most expensive since it costs 10k gold (to combine 10 fragments to 1 page, out of 14 pages).

The style material would be Malachite, you can get one by combining 10 Malachite Shards which you can find in chests everywhere in the world. The drop rate is not the highest anymore, though, but like the Fragments, you can also buy them in guild stores (and after TG release, even the full Malachite stone as it's not bound anymore). The prices are pretty low now as well^^ You can combine the shards at any crafting station (all 3 kinds of station, doesn't matter which one).

Hm, I just checked how long you're a member here, you probably already know how all this works lol (except for the existance of the Glass style), but good luck anyways :)

It's a style this time around, not an actual material. Just makes you look fancy. Kinda makes the effort to get and use Malachite pointless.
