As we all know ESO has a 2yr anniversary coming april 10th that will give a x2 XP boost that stacks with other xp boosts. So will I be able to use Pots and scrolls for the time being? At the same time so i read a scroll and drink a potiom with the cake for 200%?

So, would the cake with a psijic ambrosia boost grant me 300% then?

If the cake boost does stack (and I didn't see where it specifically said it did, but let's assume it does), I can guarantee it will only stack additively to the base exp, not multiplicatively with the other bonuses, since that's how all other exp boosts work.

It would grant 150% i think but could I use a scrolls and stack it for 200%

The event will begin at 7:30pm EDT on April 4, and conclude at 7pm EDT on April 10. Everyone will be able to participate, regardless of platform or megaserver.
When you first log in, you'll be presented with an announcement screen informing you of a free voucher for a cake in the Crown Store.
Once you open the Crown Store and retrieve the voucher, your quest – Ache For Cake – will begin.
After the quest is complete, you'll receive your reward – a Jubilee Cake, which will be placed in your Mementos collection.
You and anyone in your group will be able to enjoy the cake and receive a 100% XP buff. This buff stacks with all other XP buffs!
Once the week is over, you'll retain the cake as a special keepsake but its magic will be gone.

As it states here celebrate ESO's Anniversary!

"You and anyone in your group will be able to enjoy the cake and receive a 100% XP buff. This buff stacks with all other XP buffs!"

Meaning the buff will stack with either Psijic Ambrosia or the Crown XP Scroll, no both.

i think the most xp boost you can have would be 150% as i don't believe the xp scrolls and psijic ambrosia stack with each other

It will be additive, I'm certain of it.

So base, plus cake, plus ambrosia would be 250%. Eso+ would be 260%. With partner 270%. If married, 280%. Imagine that's the most possible.

you cant stack xp pots and scrolls as it is now so you could stack either or for it but you can do this

    100%xp from cake 50% xp from scroll/ambrosia 10% eso+ 10% mara 10% having a group of 2

so at most I believe you can get 180%xp boost

EDIT: omg I cant believe I forgot the cyrodiil xp bonus O.O that's another what 15% so making 195% bonus xp if you farm in IC with all the above and all o.O that's alot

LOL, I can see it now. On day 1 everyone in a group has the cake bonus, and everyone's bonus gets shared with everyone else. Group of 24 gets 2400% XP bonus. After a few groups reach 3600 CP, zos does an emergency patch.
