When kena procs, it increases all resource costs for the duration by 33%. This applies to ultimate too. If you plan on casting your ult while kena overload is active, you want to have at least 33% more stored ultimate than it's actual cost, so that it will be available during the proc.
Congrats on getting your helm btw. It's one helluva tough farm for a lot of people. Now begins the resource management game! Kena is much harder to sustain on some classes than others; for example, NBs have the easiest time due to siphoning attacks. DKs rely on ultimates for resource management, so you may want to entertain the idea of proccing kena at specific points, rather than going for 100% uptime.

Thanks, I have had to adjust a little for resource reasons, as long as I'm not getting focused by boss or adds its NP. I have a tendency to light attack more often when I'm having to dodge roll and kite a bunch and that's the only time I've noticed where I accidentally proc Kena and then blank myself on stamina. Doing a Snipe+fullychargedheavy back into snipe, while maintaining dots for single target, isn't too bad, however my usually aoe rotation Arrow Barrage>Caltrops>Bombard>HA>Bombard>HA>Bombard can get expensive quick if I take the time to proc Kena.
