Random Dungeon Finder - WGT - Incomplete

Finished white-gold tower via random dungeon finder twice...neither of those tries yielded anything. When last boss died activity was still in progress. Anyone have had this issue before?

✭✭✭✭✭If it was a pre-made group (even if you started with 2 people and got the others through the LFG tool) it bugs out and doesn't give you the random dungeon rewards.0 -

✭Im experiecing with the group-finder, why there needs to be a leader, now some impatience leaders just kicks out those who dont like and it screw up the group-finder. If one leave, the game should just teleport everyone out and disband the group automatically. Now theres tons of groups finding a replacement.
But more importantly why Zen needs to waste their time on something like this. Request System is much better, player can but request and put their preferences and other can see it and join if the preferences are met.

CecamecaSoul ShrivenWe made random dungeon run yesterday too (pre-made group) and no reward at all....
It was Direfrost Keep, and at the end the exit leads to Eastmarch, where is a boss nearby. We killed it while we were still in group, but no reward, no achievement.
Bug, or what?
If it would have given me the random reward, I would be VR5 by now, that's why I made it, but it seems it was a waste of time....
