Bug? Heist: Underground Sepulcher one-shot NPCs

Just did this quest on my VR 10 Stamblade.

I got noticed when trying to leave and one-shot the three NPCs who chased me. Including the "boss" with bling on his nameplate.

I killed one with a single swing of a Carve. Something's not right there.

Wait - you one-shotted 3 NPCs including the boss? Did you check to see what level they were showing as?

No, as they died pretty much instantly. I am grouped with a VR 16 person who is not on the quest at the moment, a remnant of having just done the "random" dungeon from the LFG tool. We were in a group of VR 10, 10, 16 and 16 and the other VR 10 person hit VR 11 while in the dungeon. Then I went off on my own but did not disband. I suppose that may have something to do with it.

Weird... I once had an issue where a character in a vet-zone version of Stonefalls went into a quest instance and inside the instance all of the enemies were level 4 instead of VRsomething. Sounds like somehow something similar happened to you.
