I have been trying to locate where to obtain the Bastion of the Heartland set in V14 but i cannot find it on any of the vendors?
Does anyone know how to acquire this set? Did it get removed?

Yeah, go to the PvP vendors in Cyridil. There is one of the vendors called "Elite Vendor" or something like that... he is next to all the other vendors there.
This elite vendor sells the same gear as the others except in V14 level.0 -
