ESO 64-bit launcher and a unknown patch[PC]

Starting up ESO64.exe gives me a message of outdated client. I need to start the 32-bit version, in order to use the 64-bit version. A 64-bit launcher is required in this case.
Also there's now downloading a patch(PC) of more then 700MB, in the Patch Notes I don't see anything of this week. Does anyone knows what this is?

I've been using the 64-bit client for a few weeks. Every time you get this message, just open the launcher and then update.
The launcher is not necessary to run the 32-bit or 64-bit client, as in both cases you can simply click on the appropriate .exe file or shortcut. The launcher is only necessary to update the game files.
