Look at the history of itemization in this game. The only cosmetic items made available in the crown store and for in game gold were things that were an extreme grind or extremely rare in game. Those were motifs and very few have been offered.
Do you seriously think they are going to give a major, highly desirable item that took many hours of development time away for free when they stand to sell millions of crowns for said item? Your house could be individual if made from wood (maple, oak, hickory etc) or using steel and wood.
It should always be possible to complete the house but limit it's style based on crafting ability.

- Complete customization, basically have access to all the art assets and place them as you like within polygon limits or whatever
- Art assets that came with a DLC are only available by buying the DLC or while you are ESO plus
- Plot of land can be customized both indoors AND outdoors
- Template builds for the lazy or time strapped
- Probably crownstore-exclusive unique art assets that aren't available by any other means (please no)
- Invite your friends over for tea and poison croissants

I really want housing too, and any kind of housing where I can have storage for loot and all of the various crafting stations. I don't care if it is exactly like Skyrim, but I want the ability to have every type of crafting station available with lots of storage next to each station.
It would be a bonus if it is like Skyrim where we can have multiple houses with manaquins, stables and all of that.0 -
