Non-CP Campaigns and vet ranks removal?

Sorry if this has been answered before but, since apparently ZOS is going to remove vet ranks with Dark Brotherhood DLC and ''gear level'' will be determined by how many CPs they require to equip, how will that work with the Non-CP Campaigns?

I would imagine there would be no difference to how it works now. Non-CP campaigns disable the Champion System passives, they don't actually take away any CPs from the character.

Good question but here's mine.......

When is ZOS gonna remove the non-CP campaign and just put back Axe or Azerga. Cause yea non-CP campaign is really popular right now.

^ If it's not popular, they'll probably remove it next update. Is it not being used much? I expected it to be quite busy since battles in that campaign would be based on player skill alone rather than passive power, theoretically making the fights fairer. Does nobody want a fair fight?

The non CP campaign has not been popular. Never get into a battle where lag becomes an issues due to the low pop.
