Syncing PSN account with PC account

I have a PS4 account for ESO and it is synced with my PSN gamertag. I want to sync my PS4 gamertag account to a different ESO account but everytime I try to do that, it comes up with an error message. Any reasons why it won't let me do that? Please help.

I dont think you can link a PS4 account to a PC account. I only have a PC account. Maybe someone that has both can answer for sure.

If you log in to you actual account online I think you can add accounts / pair to gamer tags there. Had to unlink them once to force XB to desync.

You'd have to unlink the existing PSN/ESO link first, from your ESO account page, and then set up a new one.

Note that your progress in ESO is tied to your ESO account, not your PSN account, so if you linked a different ESO account to your PSN you would not be able to continue with the same characters.

You can sync your ps4 gamertag to your ZOS profile account.

You cannot sync either of three platforms accounts as they are forever seperate.
The link of ps4 and/or Xbox gamertag to the ZOS profile is one thing but this game doesn't support linking the accounts where are saves and such are stored
