So it's been some days now since the problem started, and a server maintenance, and a patch. Still I find myself booted to the login menu after only a couple of seconds in-game. And I'm not the only one, ZOS it's about time you own up to the problem at hand, most of us are paying customers. I myself am a subscriber, and avid purchaser of crowns, and I must say I feel a little bit swindled here. As it is know, I guess I'm one of the lucky ones, I still can play using the 64-bit client, but I've had to opted for disabling the sound because of the frequent issues.

So Zenimax, will we, at least get an acknowledgement from you that you are working to fix this?

Sincerely

Guy not playing ESO.

It feels like they aren't trying to do anything about it because the "majority" can play.

I haven't been able to play since February. They don't know what's wrong, My computer is fine, my hubby can play on it just fine, but I cant. I have been all round the houses, sending game reports, msinfo, logs of my actual login times, videos, screenshots, router settings, you name it, I have sent it, and still no answers. I am being told that I am at the end of what they can do, so it seems that my playing this game is over. I am sure the problem lies on ZOS' end, as nothing on my computer can be found to be causing the constant booting. A sad day for me :( I have pretty much lost three months worth of subscription - money that I have paid for a game that I cant play. I hope I get a refund, but I am not exactly holding my breath.

Here is one of the videos I sent, it baffles me as to what is going on with this : https://youtu.be/GP6nW07BJug

Your husband can play on the same computer that you cannot play on, is that correct? I assume this is using two separate accounts? Can't ZOS create a new account for you? Then you could see if you can create and play new characters, at least. I don't know if ZOS would be capable of, or willing to then import existing characters into the new account, but if so, try them one at a time to see if one of them breaks the new account. If one does break it, there should be a clue in there that they could use to help you and others. Or maybe you could live without the one character that's causing a problem. Just a thought.

I was locked out in February on the 8th after they did a server maintenance, not a patch, along with a bunch of other people. I wasn't able to get to the character selection screen most of the time, but when I did I'd be in a long load screen until booted. I tried everything I could find on the net and nothing worked, so I gave up. They did another server maintenance on Feb 22nd (again no patch) and I was able to play again, but others could not.

Now I can't play because they dropped OpenGL support with the Thieves Guild release (I was a Linux user). I'm monitoring this forum and thinking about buying Windows and trying to play again, but there are so many people here having problems that I'm not in a big rush.

This happens to me also. I have to log in 3-5 times before it works and it stays in game.

I can log in, but I crash because of spell effects in intense situations even though my GPU load isn't at all close to maxed out. The game is totally screwed up now.

My wife and I have been having this issue since late feb/early march as well. Each patch seems to slightly reduce the issue, and then it comes right back and crashes. We are both able to get into the game, but crash randomly anywhere from 5 seconds in, to 10 minutes. Usually crashes within a couple minutes for my wife, but I have gotten mine to run for close to 20 minutes without a crash before... Still its not good enough to play reliably and we had to unsub. This is the first time we have had issues like this so its kind of a bummer, especially since we can play Fallout 4/Witcher 3/Shadows of Mordor without issues for hours on end :(. We have reloaded Eso, reinstalled drivers, whiped drivers, cleaned the registry, and done just about anything short of reinstalling windows.

Love ZOS and I have faith they will fix this eventually, its just a bummer such an issue occured.
