Relentless Focus not giving proper +10% Stamina Regen

@ZOS_GinaBruno Unbuffed my Stamina Regen is 1,011 - Relentless Focus adds +10% Stamina Regen so that should be 1,011 times .10 = 101 + 1,011 = 1,112. That's what it should do. However it takes my 1,011 Stamina Regen and increases it to 1,073 not 1,112 which is just over 6% not 10%

✭✭I guess you use drinks and that is where the difference come. CP points do not increase the buff from the drinks and it change the calculations a little bit. So it is not 10% on top of what you see.Because I can!0 -

✭✭Although there aren't any soft caps, there are some effective soft cap mechanics. For example, how the regen formula is calculated.
Having said that, you shouldn't be feeling the pain at 1k stam regen. Unless you are not V16.0 -
