Reward of worthy not working on ps4?

I got 10k ap in pvp and i didnt recieve any worthy reweard mail. Isnt it usually 5k ap in order to get the mail?

I am on PS4 NA. While I cannot be sure the exact amounts of AP for each mail, I can confirm I am definitely getting the mails.PS4 NA Server
