VR lvlng vs new DLC

PS$ player since launch and at VR3 (took some time off) on my NB. I am doing Cadwells...my question is should I rty the new DLC or wait til VR16? Does it matter?

I'd wait till like vet 13 to be honest. Unless it's changed with thieve's guild, gold will only give you good xp until vet 13.
