Fixed! Chateau of the Ravenous Rodent falling through map glitch.

Sorry if this is been asked before, or if it's in the wrong section, but I'm having a problem with the Mages' Guild quest Chateau of the Ravenous Rodent.
I died trying to kill Uncle Leo, and was sent back to the wayshrine, only to find myself stuck in a constant loop of falling through the map with no way to get out. I tried using the 'Get Me Unstuck' option but it doesn't do anything other than take 107 gold from me, leaving me to fall into an endless pit of nothingness.
I'm playing on PS4, so I can't use any commands to fix it, either.
Is there anyway out of this, or am I doomed to lose my character and start all over again?

✭✭✭Wow, sorry about all that Laura! Certainly no waste of time to come here and ask for help, although apparently no one had any suggestions.
Another way out when such things happens is to travel to your Cyrodiil campaign. As a last resort you can contact Customer Support who can (eventually) move your character to safety.
I play on PC so it never occurred to me that it's probably harder to get unstuck on console!2 -
laura1392✭✭Thanks for the reply. I cannot believe it never seemed to appear to have happened to anyone else on here. I am finding that this quest is very buggy for me, as now I have fixed it and finding another problem with trying to get in the Ancestral Manse in order to defeat Uncle Leo.
