Can I possibly add an additional stamina recovery enchantment on set quest gear?

I have 5 of the new dlc gear and I'd like to know if I could enhance it with additional stamina recovery? Or alternatively, should I be looking for a better set for stamina recovery? i'm vr1

bruceleroy98✭✭I have my attribute points plugged into stamina, using my gear for health primarily. I was wondering if there was a combination of health and stam recovery that I could use. Also, how do I make sure i acquire MAX health or stamina?
