Molag keena helm at vendor?

I've been told it was said they would sell all items except this helm (the only one I have a use for of course) at the vendor in cyrodiil.

Is this true or backed up by anyone officially? Thanks

They are selling ALL the undaunted monster sets.
It's been cleared over and over again.

Just because one of the 20 possible items is not out yet when it's been less than 10 rolls is no reason to panic.
Also, it'll be infused either way, no divines for you so just farm it yourself or wait.

No, I understand it's not available yet but someone specifically told me it was all "but the molag helm"

So I was just trying to see if this was true or not. I do have the shoulder already

I have seen no official statement saying it wouldn't be on the vendor at some point.

Thanks for the answers. I realize you say avoid people like this but this person was referencing something they saw here as well.

Good to know it's possible it will show up at the vendor at some point.

Assuming they're not deliberately trolling you, they probably saw someone say the Kena Helm wasn't this week, and interpreted that to mean "never."

Closest I've seen to that was the assumption that the Kena set wouldn't be included because it's part of the IC DLC. But, that's obviously not an issue.

You are mistaken. It was Molag Kena Shoulders, not the helms. Source: I bought the shoulders.

Kena shoulders are available from base game (silver/gold key of any pledge can give Kena shoulders). But Kena helmet has only been available by running White Gold Tower, which is DLC. I have seen no official announcement one way or the other, but I would not be surprised if a DLC exclusive item like the Kena head remains DLC only and is never available at the Cyrodiil vendor.

Dont worry OP. The person who misinformed you was probably some salty clown who thinks that just cos he farmed vWGT 10000000 times for the helm, the whole world should too. I got the helm the good ol' hard way of farming vWGT hundreds of times. I wouldnt wish this torture on anyone.

That being said tho, there has been no official word from ZOS as to whether the kena/lord warden helmet would be available or not.

TLDR: We dont know anything for sure. Any1 who claims otherwise has to be an official ZOS employee or that person is trolling you.

If you do not own Imperial City DLC you should not be able to obtain Warden or Kena helms vendor or not. If I had to pay to have access to those dungeons then I do not want it available for the general population to simply purchase them without forking over the same crowns I did..

I didn't buy the DLC because of one helmet. I bought it so I could experience and enjoy all of the new content. Maybe it will be available to those with eso plus or whoever bought the dlc. Another way Zos might be able to make more cash!

I wasn't sure one way or the other. I don't watch the eso live streams, but try and stay up to date on what's happening and what's not in the game. And I have or don't need any monster helmets at the moment, except the kena helm for my sorc. So I wasn't sure if I should begin farming now, or just be patient and buy it later.

The person wasn't saying it out of spite either, more of a passing "yeah they're selling all the helms except kena" and nothing beyond that, so I wanted some clarification.

Just to be clear I don't expect it to be easy to get or am asking for it right away. Even if it was the final week of the rotation or whatever, it's fine. It was more a question about what path I should take based on what info was accurate. I assumed if it had been said, someone here could easily say "yep" and provide a link.

Yeah, that's suspect. If it was anything, then I'd expect Kena and Warden to both be out. But, just one? Yeah, I doubt it.

Did you honestly think to yourself "I'm paying 2,500 crowns to go and grind out Kena" or "I'm paying 2,500 crown for the Imperial City PvP zone and these cool new dungeons" when you paid?

I'm the guy who ran vWGT 100+ times and recieved only two Helms. One Heavy, one Medium, both Infused. Many will never loot what they want, and ZOS has provided a way to finally skip the atrocious RNG through heavy pay. Would be fantastic if they made IC monster sets purchaseable as I'll never have Lord Warden's Helm with my horrible luck. Being selfish is your thing I guess...

Kena shoulders can drop for anyone from undaunted pledge.

Every helmet except kena can be aquired without paying for DLC.

Makes perfect sense that kena helm would NOT be sold at the vendor.

By making the helmet purchasable they would greatly reduce the amount of people wanting to by the DLC.

Dropping the shoulders on the vendor was probably intended to encourage people to buy the dlc to get the helm. Notice how many kena farm groups were forming that weekend?

I did not say I bought it only for the helm. Now listen good. I am saying that I do not want my content I PAYED for to be DEVALUED by making it available to those who DO NOT PAY for the DLC. I do not care if they sell them from a vendor as long as Kena, Warden helms and any other sets only become available to those who purchased the content or subbed. Being a hippy commy socialist is your thing I guess . . .

Considering the topic of this thread, along with words that literally make up your entire first post it is safe to assume I'm not putting words in your mouth.

Your content is not being devalued by two pieces of DLC loot (notably without Best in Slot traits) you care about, placed behind horrible RNG, being made available to everyone who can afford the high prices (tagging along with every other Monster Set because that is the whole point of the vendor). People who did not purchase Imperial City will never gain access to any of the areas, quests, PvP, rewards and loot which it entitles owners to. Zero effect on you besides that it makes tons of people happy and maybe you feel less special now...? Remember you can purchase them too as well.... no devaluing whatsoever.

So once again, agree to disagree.

Glad this has popped up. Will they be selling shoulder at all or only helm? I have 2 shoulders of Kena just wanted to know if they where only doing helm or helm one week and shoulder next.
