210 usually, but if I try to play when the most of players are online (around 6 PM here), even standing still, alone in a island, for no reason I get 700+
PvP... meh... Yesterday in IC Sewers with a medium group I had an almost constant 700-800. My attacks didn't work like 50% of the time. Looting a corpse was taking 5 seconds to even open the monsters' bellies.

Still running around 110 ms average latency this month.
Server ping is ~60ms. This is to the Softlayer speed test node in Dallas, which was the city where the megaserver was last time I looked.
East coast USA, NA server. Usually stays right at 100. Though I've started getting random spikes in pve lately. In pvp, I'm happy if it stays under 300, though usually it's hovering at 800.

I live in Denver, CO playing on NA megaserver. It is a rare day when I'm under 300ms. I'm pretty sure I'd have a lot more fun and be a lot more effective if I could get that juicy 100-150 ms range.
