But yeah, best we have right now is their "Year Ahead" mentioning it in their "opdate Plan" after the q2 Dark Brotherhood DLC:
So, best guess, ETA may be somewhen with the Q3 or Q4 DLC, and there may be more news on the matter as we get closer to that point in time...Longer term, expect to see information about systems like a character customization shop so you can change your character's gender, appearance, name, etc.,
